Equipment use: production of oxygen, nitrogen, argon

Principle: After the air is compressed and purified, the air is liquefied through the expansion mechanism, and then the oxygen and nitrogen are separated by fractionating tower distillation according to the difference of the boiling point of oxygen and nitrogen.

Equipment composition: mainly includes air compression system, air precooling system, air purification system, air distillation oxygen and nitrogen separation system (accompanied by argon product extraction and purification system), expansion mechanism cooling system, product compression system, cryogenic liquid storage system, product gas storage and pressure regulation system as well as supporting electronic control system, instrument control system.

According to the process, the equipment can be divided into external compression process air separation equipment and internal compression process air separation equipment ( with single internal pressure process and with double internal pressure process).

The oxygen extraction rate reached more than 99.6%, argon extraction rate reached more than 80%, the lowest oxygen production unit consumption of 0.34kw.h/Nm3.

Large and medium-sized air separation equipment (10000Nm3/h- 40000Nm3/h and 40000Nm3/h above)
