Purpose: The biogas is purified (methane content ≥97%, oxygen content ≤0.5%) and pressurized (25MPA) to meet the national standard of compressed natural gas for vehicles.

Principle: Biogas through dehydration, decarbonization, desulfurization and other purification process, through the pressure to build a standard station or mother station, respectively on the car or other gas unit, tube bundle pry car for inflation, sent to the gas point.

Components: Mainly includes biogas pretreatment system, desulfurization system, pressure system, decarbonization system, dehydration system, pressure charging system, safety fire system, control system, etc.

Equipment capacity: 500 000m3/ day and below.

Huanghe Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. has cooperated with other leading Chinese companies in biogas purification and compression equipment, and built several sets of the largest domestic biogas purification equipment of 100,000 m3 / d .  At the same time, we are negotiating with Brazilian company on a 600,000m3 / d biogas purification project.
